Scientific Writing is a ten-session course for PhDs and Postdocs who wish to improve their writing style, beyond the everyday magic of DeepL and Grammarly. On this course, we will understand how readers read before working on how writers write. We will look at a variety of texts and learn simple editorial tricks and techniques that help us achieve more vibrant passages and bolder texts. By the end of this course, you will be a more confident scientific writer and who knows you may even experiment with writing about your science in a popular magazine, scripting your own podcast or editing conference selections!

The formation of PhD students to research ethics and scientific integrity is one of the missions of the doctoral schools. Within our University, this mission is carried out by the Doctoral College and the Council for Research Ethics and Scientific Integrity (POLETHIS). This course is mainly made of videos and MCQ validating the acquisition of their contents. After the completion of all these validations it will be possible to download a certificate.
